- Name, phone number, email address, and mailing address
- Permit number or permit location address associated with the deposit
- Deposit number from the search results
Additional documentation may be requested to support your claim including, but not limited to:
- Proof of identity or status
- Government issued photo ID (driver’s licence, passport)
- Type and status of your business (active or dissolved corporation, etc.)
- Proof of claim to the deposit
- If applicable, proof that the claimant resides or resided at the address we have on record associated with the deposit
