Mount Pleasant is one of the oldest, most established neighbourhods in Vancouver, with a reputation for edginess, a burgeoning population of young families and singles in the 19 to 30 –year-old range. Yet it is a neighbourhood in change, and despite its rapid growth and density, remains one of the neighbourhoods in Vancouver that has the least outdoor space per capita in the City.
