Millie Balance has been a Vancouver artist since 1990. She was willing, able and available to take on this project. Millie attended all our committee meetings and freely shared her expertise. Her input made each of our meetings very productive. On the work-party days itself she showed her ability as a leader and team worker and most of all getting the project completed in the allotted time frame.
