Eric Neighbour's public works have involved more than 5,500 volunteers in the process of planning, engineering, carving, building, finishing, installing & celebrating permanent sculpture. He has taught courses to adults and children since 1982. Mr. Neighbour attended the Central School of Fine Art and studied engineering at George Brown College in Toronto, specializing in CAD/CAM.
