38 in ground mosaics in the blocks between 16th Avenue and King Edward, and Main and Cambie. Three stones can be found in Grimmet Park, and a special 10 foot stepping game can be found in the grass in front of the church at 23rd and Quebec.The process involved design workshops, workshops to create mosaics, installation and a wrap up party.
From one of the participants " It was great to be part of this project. As newcomers in the neighbourhood, the mosaic and all the processes to prepare and make them were a great opportunity to meet people and to make our new environment more "attractive"...."
